Concept Mechanical Services was established in 2010. Our director Max Karavatakis started as a service technician in 1988. In the last few years prior 2010, he was the services supervisor of this company and for approximately 9 years was a part owner.

The company’s main focus and experience was specialized in the field of industrial/commercial refrigeration, high rise mechanical services and air conditioning. In the ensuing years of business, it was successful in being awarded various commercial contracts. continued to provide HVAC service and planned preventative maintenance under the respective contracts.

In 2010 due to the change in direction of the business focus, the joint partners decided in the best interest of the company to reform separate entities. Concept Mechanical Services was formed into a more diverse mechanical services company with a key focus on commercial office air conditioning alterations and fit outs, programmed maintenance and mechanical repairs.

Concept Mechanical Services currently employs 12 fully qualified licensed trades people and are continually engaged in new apprenticeship schemes to ensure suitably trained technicians are available. Sub-contractors and professional engineering companies are also employed to minimize our overheads to ensure we remain competitive and provide value for money to all our customers.

Our in-house project management and construction staff can cater to all your office relocations or alterations that require mechanical ventilation, air-conditioning system alterations or the supply and installation of dedicated supplementary air-conditioning units.

We can also offer design and construction for any proposed office relocation projects. Concept Mechanical Services hold all licenses required under the State and Federal authorities and all trades personnel under our employment are fully qualified, licensed and CFC accredited.

Mechanical essential services compliance testing and certification in accordance with BCA and Australian standards can be arranged as part of the engineered solution or omitted if under a third party contract.

Our service tracking software enables us to maintain your HVAC and mechanical services in accordance with the relevant standards or individually engineered maintenance schedules. Historical data is also available to review the systems performance and assist our customers with information for life cycle upgrades and budgeting.
