Commercial Tower
ANZ – Cammeray Square
Mechanical fitout for ANZ at Cammeray Square including reconfiguration of existing base building services, HVAC modifications, supplementary mechanical systems installation, and coordination of tenancy requirements to support the new workplace layout and operational functionality.
Building Upgrade
10 Valentine Street
Comprehensive mechanical and infrastructure upgrade including conversion to cold shell, enhancement of core building services, refurbishment of common areas, HVAC replacement, electrical and hydraulic upgrades, and reinstatement of all tenancy floors to warm shell condition.
The project also incorporated façade improvements, energy efficiency initiatives, fire services modernisation, lighting upgrades, and carefully staged construction works to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing tenant operations throughout the building lifecycle.

Commercial Tower
McMillan Shakespeare
Mechanical tenant fitout for McMillan Shakespeare delivered in accordance with engineered design documentation, including installation of HVAC systems, ductwork modifications, air distribution upgrades, and integration with existing base building services.
The project included detailed coordination with consultants and contractors, system commissioning, testing and balancing, and delivery within an active commercial environment to meet program and operational requirements.
Building Upgrade
20 Hunter Street
Mechanical tenant fitout across three levels at 20 Hunter Street delivered in full accordance with engineered design documentation, including HVAC installation, ductwork distribution, mechanical services coordination, and integration with existing base building systems.
The scope also included testing and commissioning, staged delivery within an occupied commercial environment, and coordination with multiple trades to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with operational and design requirements.
